Meet the Maker
Hi, I'm Liz — founder, formulator, and the person who decided that "good enough" was never going to cut it when it came to what goes on your body or in your home.
Casabela Shoppe was born in 2006 from a very simple (and slightly stubborn) question: Why should a candle look and smell like everyone else's? A candle is a home furnishing. It should reflect you — your mood, your aesthetic, your "I don't care what season it is, I want this scent" energy.
So I started making them. For myself. For family. For friends who stopped being surprised by candles as gifts and started making requests. That was nearly 20 years ago, and I haven't stopped since.
Life did its thing in the meantime — demanding jobs, cross-country moves, and the general chaos of adulting — and the dream of an actual online shop kept getting shelved. I finally launched casabelashoppe.com in 2019, and what started as candles has grown into something I'm genuinely proud of. Not anymore settling. Not anymore waiting. This is it.

Casabela Shoppe has grown well beyond that first candle. Today we handcraft a full line of natural products designed to make your everyday rituals feel more intentional — and a lot more you.
Container Candles — Available in a range of vessels (yes, actual glasses, mugs and bowls you'll want to keep) and scents — with zero seasonal gatekeeping. We use only vegetable waxes, natural wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils at 7–10% load. We don't play about scent throw. We also have Affirmation candles, Zodiac candles, Sassy Scents, Spirit-inspired styles, and even a "Design Your Own" option — because you are the point.
Soaps — All-natural bars handcrafted in the USA, vegan, and cruelty-free. From Lavender Mint to Black Forest to Oatmeal Milk & Honey, these aren't your average drugstore bar. Clean ingredients. Real lather. No sketchy stuff.
Shampoo & Conditioner Bars — Because your hair deserves the same all-natural treatment as the rest of you. Plastic-free, travel-friendly, and actually good.
